I went to the Taiwanese Ministry of National Defense to see the revision of the flags' design in 1981. It was the last revision before the Act approved in 1985 and adopted in 1986. In the revision, the colors of the stars on the flags were not changed. Therefore, these flags were adopted in 1986. Because I'm not permitted to copy the official documents, I cannot show them to you on FOTW.
